There are 20 professional senior engineers in R&D team of Winty. The team is specialized in products development on IR/RF field with over 10 years experience. Some of them are senior RF engineers with rich experience and ability for digital/microwave circuitry and PCB layout design. For example, digital/analogue wireless video module design and Bluetooth headset module design.

We can also combine the RF module into some other products. We have designed and produced wireless camera toy cars and helicopter with audio and video transmitted from Rx to Tx set and displayed in LCD. The video module design has been patented by Winty.

Winty started to produce Bluetooth headset and audio adaptor since late 2002. All Bluetooth products of Winty are certified with BQB, FCC and CE. We are developing the 3rd version Bluetooth headset at the mean time.

On IR detection and communication field, Winty has developed and produced under ODM terms many kinds of R/C toys such as R/C cars, tanks, boat, helicopter and other racing vehicles. We can handle the whole process from product concept to product for market. We take care of drawings preparation, prototype building, mold design and building, quality assurance, packing design, decoration design and manufacturing process.

Winty is experienced manufacturer of precise plastic parts. We have more than 40 sets all-electric injection machines, 3 sets latest CNC for mold building, the latest EDM and wire cut equipments with professional mold designers. We are capable of handling thin and slim design like plastic blades for flying toys, cell phone battery casing, timepiece parts, speaker plastic parts, lens and double injection.
